I enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff Mario, Ms Denice went above and beyond to get myself and others checked in during a power outage due to the weather. The housekeeping crew walked each guest to their rooms and opened the doors for them. My stay was great

It’s a great place to stay. I’ve been here for a while waiting to move. Mario is a great person. You can tell the hotel is better since he started working there. If you have a problem he will fix it. The rooms are clean. Mario has become a great friend to me and when I’m feeling down. He brightens my day. So I hope you get the pleasure of meeting him. The other workers are nice. Always happy. They treat you with respect

My experience was great due the amazing customer service from Mario. He was very helpful and also encouraging to me. Extended stay needs more people like him. Especially for people who may be coming to this hotel not for a vacation but because they have no other option. To be greeted with grace and empathy was needed and I got that from Mario

If you're looking for a home away from home, this hotel is the perfect choice. As a single mother who relocated to Charlotte six weeks ago for a fresh start, this establishment has been the "in between" I needed to get acclimated to the new location. The staff here is friendly, and I haven't had any issues since I've arrived. The room décor is aesthetically dated and has some signs of wear and tear, but everything is functional. My room feels like a studio apartment, rather than a hotel room, which makes me feel much better about my current living situation. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a small microwave, and a stove with an oven. The full range stove is the best part because I enjoy baking and making food at "home." This next part may be debatable, but I love that room service is not a requirement here. I prefer to clean my own space, wash my own linens, and purchase my own room essentials. This is what makes the space ultimately feel like a home away from home. There is also a small laundry facility on-site, which is always clean and well-maintained. This makes laundry days much easier, especially for those who have to do laundry more frequently. I love that the location is secluded, but still within driving distance of daily necessities. Most importantly, the area is safe, and the building is secure. So, if you're visiting the Charlotte area, or you're in between homes like me, I highly recommend this ESA location.

This stay was better than I expected. I travel very frequently. I have stayed at lots of different hotel chains and this hotel was an experience that really surprised me. I eat most of my food baked, so the oven was very welcoming. I had a clean room. The hotel staff was always friendly and willing to help. Courtney L. at the front desk greeted us whenever we came in and made sure everything with our stay was great. I would definitely recommend this hidden jewel to anyone in the Charlotte area.

Mario has always been outstanding whenever I have needed service while here at Extended Stay. When I first arrived he treated me with respect and kindness. And he has continued to do so all these weeks. I appreciate him very much much. He’s a true professional !!! You should be so proud that he represents ESA.

ARIANA!!! Please don't ever leave me, you're the true light in the darkness around here. No seriously, she went above and beyond to ensure from the moment I was supposed to check in, calling me to make sure I knew about the cash deposits so I wouldn't have to come all the way here and leave out again just to come back; to helping me extend my stay to the timeframe that best fit my needs at this time. On top of that she personally walked me to my room, looked it over to make sure it was what I wanted and had no issues, while explaining the only issue in the room before I can even bring it up then checking my old room herself to ensure it was ready for the next guest despite it being really close to time for her to leave from work and a busy check in line that I was apart of. She let a pug that was dying from heat exhaustion due to the owner walking it, sit in the lobby and drink it's fill of cold water while helping the owner get into their room as well. You can just tell when people care and when they don't and are just going through the motion. I can tell she has a lot of people that just come to the lobby to say good morning and chat with her because I just met her and already want to do the same. Keep up the good work Ariana and I hope to see your smile for many more days to come.
